I reached up to Khambachen (4,150m) and everything was going well. My cameras and power bank were working fine. But after reaching Khambachen, my power bank suddenly stopped working. Slowly all my cameras lost power. The most important part of the trek was still left — from Khambachen to Lhonak (4,780m) and then to Kangchenjunga Base Camp (5,140m / 16,860 ft). At this height: Oxygen is low Walking becomes slow The trail is rocky and rough Strong cold winds blow all the time From 4,150m to 5,140m, this was the toughest part of the trek. I could not record much of the final stretch.
