Tutorial 06: How to make overlapping graphs using Xmgrace?

In this tutorial, I will discuss how to make overlapping graphs using Xmgrace. I will show how we can plot one graph first, followed by importing data for another graph and aligning the x- and y-axes appropriately. I also discuss how to color code the axes with respect to the plots so that we know at a first glance from which y-axis to read the data off of a particular plot. In the PDF that we save at the end, if you notice, we see that the x- and y- axes look like a broken double-layer. That is because we have increased the axis bar widths for x- and y-axes independently, but, did not change the width of the frame of the plot. So, it is important to change the frame of the two different graphs to 3 (to match with the axes bar widths). I hope you enjoy this tutorial!
