Tutorial 01: How to make a line plot using Xmgrace?
In this tutorial, I will discuss how to open a data file using Xmgrace (both GUI and command line), followed by how we can obtain a line plot. I will also discuss the different ways to represent data, using symbols or just a straight line and go over how to set axes labels. Most importantly, I will also show you how to save the plot in the standard '.agr' file format as well as other file formats such as PDF. Hope you enjoy this tutorial! If you have any questions regarding plotting in Xmgrace, do post them in the comments. In my next tutorial, I will discuss how to change the fonts, font sizes, and how to remove the excess white space surrounding the plots, etc.
