Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV - Battery Service FAIL
I am at the end of my patience with Mitsubishi. This is the 2nd year in a row I have brought the car in for battery service where they have the car all day and do not do the battery service. I should have recorded all the sweet talk when I dropped it off. If she called me 'Hun' one more time there was going to be some action right there on the service desk. Unfortunatly in the end I feel I was violated, never got my battery serviced or dinner and flowers. Mitsubishi, this is hands down some of the worst service I have ever recieved.
