Turning with a Three Axis Offset by Barry Price

Woodturner Barry Price shows Lancaster Woodturners club members his usage of the “Dux Chuck” to create off-center turnings and multi-center turnings. He shows how to bring indexing features to the work holding of lathe turned pieces. Barry was the featured live demonstrator at our club's September 2024 meeting. The Lancaster Area Woodturners meet the first Tuesday of every month, in person and via remote meetings. Our members range from those just beginning to explore the world of woodturning to established professionals. We club share wood turning information about woodturning tools, lathes, woodturning projects, woodturning tips, wood drying, and woodturned art. The Lancaster Area Woodturners are also sponsors of The Woodturners Coffee Hour, a weekly forum live-streaming on Zoom, open to woodturners every Thursday morning at 10am ET. The hour features member woodturning videos, woodturning photos and slideshows, woodturning projects, workshop tips and techniques, woodturning design, and woodturning problem solving. http://www.lancasterareawoodturners.org
