January 2026 Lancaster Area Woodturners Meeting

This video is a recording of the monthly meeting of Lancaster Area Woodturners. The Lancaster Area Woodturners meet the first Tuesday of every month, in person and via remote meetings. Our members range from those just beginning to explore the world of woodturning to established professionals. We share wood turning information about woodturning tools, lathes, woodturning projects, woodturning tips, wood drying, and woodturned art. Woodturner Bert Delisle shows Lancaster Woodturners club members how to make a wig stand. The wig stand is made from three parts and also includes a base that can be used to hold jewelry. Bert was the featured live demonstrator at our club's January 2026 meeting. The Lancaster Area Woodturners are also sponsors of The Woodturners Coffee Hour, a weekly forum live-streaming on Zoom, open to woodturners every Thursday morning at 10am ET.
