We’ll be kicking off this series with a pose that probably sneaks its way into almost every yoga flow: our trusty Warrior 2 (or Virabhadrasana II in Sanksrit). I’ll talk you through the yoga anatomy of the pose from the ground up, which provides us with a framework through which we can explore our more individual alignment in a practical way so that you can find your version of the pose.
