25 Jahre Shopping Galerie Rheydt

The shopping center at Marienplatz is celebrating its 25th anniversary. That's reason enough for management and tenants to celebrate in style. Before the center opened in 1988, there were already two shopping centers on this site: the old Kaufhof department store and, before that, the Abraham department store. For the residents of Rheydt, the center has become an integral part of the community. CityVision editor Martin Dittert will now take you on a brief journey through its history.
