🎄🎄Merry Christmas 👀As the saying goes, “The Winter Solstice is even more important than the New Year”. And Voilà! We are now standing on the threshold of a new year. When the north wind begins to blow, it’s the best time of a year to air-dry bacon and sausages！ Fei and my sister gave me a big thumb up and said it tasted like childhood (the highest compliment in our book). 🥩We dried them in the sun for 3 days and hung them for another 5 days to dry out. 🎄Then it’s Christmas Day~ We spent a fortune on a 2.4 meter tall Christmas tree, and a wayward strawberry tree🍓🎄, plus some mulled wine🍷.
