Suzuki DFxxx outboard loosing power at 3000rpm fix. High pressure fuel pump screen. After removing the intake, you must take apart the vapor separator to get to the float and fuel pump. But would always start up no problem and run at low speed perfectly. Upon cleaning out, it would lose power intermittently and never Ravel over 3000 because the fuel inlet was blocked by the pick up screen. No computer codes, No warnings, no flashing lights, just power loss. Hopefully this saves you hours of troubleshooting and steep dealer charges.
