Baguette Casero - Mr Wagyu

Friends, I'm bringing you my version of a homemade baguette with poolish or preferment. It's delicious and different. The bread turned out fluffy and with a crust that sounds wonderful. To make the most of the bread, I made them small, sandwich-sized, since I made a meatball sandwich. For the meatballs, of course, meat from the "Corte Criollo" boys, the essential flirty touch that goat horn gives to recipes.
