Focaccia - Mr Wagyu

Friends, today I went a little crazy. I made focaccia, a simple but very tasty recipe, and decided to give it a twist: a focaccia sandwich. For this, I used a arrachera steak from the guys, a criollo cut. I marinated it for a few hours and then grilled it, finishing it off with a reduction of its marinade juices... so good! Besides that, I added red onion, arugula, and goat cheese, all on a base of sriracha mayonnaise. Truly a flavor explosion that was so good I'd make it again and again.
