In this video, I went to the morning market on Red Brick South Road in Xi'an, China. This morning market, open every morning from 6 am to 9 am, is a huge open-air market hidden behind tall buildings. The short few hundred meters of road are densely packed with various stalls on both sides, just for breakfast. There are more than a dozen stalls, and the variety of special breakfasts they offer makes it difficult to choose: spicy soup with diced pork, fried dough sticks with glutinous rice, cold skin with large knife, fish in slurry, stir-fried dough in slurry, and palace fragrant soup.
