Van Life - I Needed Somewhere Better

After leaving Washington and coming back to Oregon, the wildfire smoke around the shop was bad enough that I decided I needed to find somewhere better. One of the great things about van life is having the ability to turn the key and do exactly that. Ben and I headed south and found a quiet mountain lake with clear air, cool water, and a little beach where we could spend the day fishing and relaxing. Of course, during fire season things can change quickly, and before long smoke from nearby fires started moving into the area.
