Ingredients 1 cup moong dal (green gram) 1 green chili 1 inch ginger ½ tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water as needed 1 tsp oil for cooking Method Soak moong dal for 4–5 hours. Drain and blend with green chili, ginger, cumin, salt, and a little water to make a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thin dosa. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges. Cook until golden and crisp, then flip and cook for 30 seconds.
