Soft and flavorful sabut moong paratha made with soaked whole moong, spices, onions, and fresh herbs. This high-protein paratha is filling, delicious, and perfect with achar, curd, or aloo bhaji. Ingredients- Moong Mixture- Sabut moong (whole green gram) – soaked overnight Carrot – 1 small (grated) Onion – 1 medium Green chillies – 3 Garlic – as required Ginger – as required Saunf (fennel seeds) – 1 tsp Water – as needed Atta (whole wheat flour) – adjust according to consistency Seasoning- Onion – 2 small (finely chopped) Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp Ajwain – 1 tsp Sugar – 1 tsp (optional) Chaat masala – 1 tsp Salt – to taste Fresh coriander – chopped Additional- Coriander – for sprinkling Kalonji (nigella seeds) – (optional) Oil or ghee – for drizzling/cooking Aloo bhaji or achar – for serving Curd – for serving Onion & green chillies – on the side #recipe #food #indianfood
