The plateau is an inevitable part of calisthenics training and how you respond to it can make ALL the difference in your long term gains. Becoming fixated on the idea of constantly increasing their rep count is a TRAP, and this myopic view of progress can be incredibly limiting over the long run. When the time comes where we are unable to increase our rep count, my recommendation is to spend time REFINING your movement, seeking to elevate your technique to reach a higher level of movement expression. When you have fully integrated all the technical corrections, you will have more muscle and strength than when you started, and this will unlock a whole new potential for progress.
