They can also be free from spiritual damage and be purified of all negative karma and find and actualize compassion and bodhicitta (The altruistic aspiration to achieve Enlightenment to free all sentient beings from their suffering; an essential component to achieve Enlightenment) in that same life, immediately, without delaying a second. MAY THE MANY SENSITIVE BEINGS, WHO ARE SICK, BE QUICKLY RELEASED FROM THE DISEASE, AND MAY ALL THE DISEASES OF THE UMANOS BEINGS NEVER RESURRECT. Bekandze means elimination of pain, maha bekandze means great elimination of pain. One explanation of the meaning of the first bekandze is that it refers to the elimination of pain that causes true suffering. Not only of the disease but of all the problems. Eliminate the pain of death and rebirth caused by karma and disturbing thoughts. The first bekandze eliminates all problems of the body and mind, including old age and disease. The second bekandze removes all the true cause of suffering, which is not external but mental and therefore refers to karma and disturbing thoughts. It is the internal cause that allows external factors, such as food and sun exposure, to become conditions for disease. The third phrase, maha bekandze, or "great elimination" refers to the elimination of even the subtle traces that disturbing thoughts leave in consciousness (Medicine Buddha Mantra). The Medicine Buddha's Mantra actually contains the remedy for the entire progressive path to enlightenment. The first bekandze contains the progressive path of the being of lower capacity in general. The second bekandze contains the progressive path of being of average ability in general. And the maha bekandze, the progressive path of the being of higher capacity. The Medicine Buddha Mantra contains the entire progressive path from the beginning to the unparalleled happiness of complete enlightenment. Reciting the mantra sediments our mind in a way that makes us also capable of actualizing the path that the mantra contains. Bless the entire path in our hearts. Then we can generate the entire progressive path to enlightenment. Whose meaning is contained in this phrase bekandze bekandze maha bekandze. OM is made up of three sounds, ah, o, and ma. These signify the completely pure and sacred body, the sacred speech, and the sacred mind of the Medicine Buddha. Updating the entire path to enlightenment purifies our impure body, speech, and mind. In turn, it transforms them into the pure and sacred body, speech, and mind of the Medicine Buddha. Thus we become a perfect guide for living beings (Medicine Buddha Mantra). With our omniscient mind we are able to see effortlessly. We see directly, without error, the level of the mind of each living being. As well as all the methods that suit you to take you from happiness to the unparalleled happiness of complete enlightenment. We also have the perfect power to manifest the various forms that adapt to each living being. And we can reveal the necessary methods to guide them, such as giving them material help, education, or Dharma teachings.
