Taiwan's Favorite HOT POT!! Delicious Beef, Funky Intestines, and Stinky Tofu

I think this is one of the coolest smaller-scale hotpot restaurants that I've seen in a long time, Li and I felt like we had to share this meal experience in our new favorite food city (TaiChung).
