vPub Live - 25 Years of Arran with James MacTaggart

One of my favourite distilleries isn't very old, but it was opened at a time when the words "new" and "distillery" were rarely seen in the same sentence. However, 1995 was before the dawn of today's Amber Rush and it was a brave new concept which has thankfully since proved to be also a successful one. Certainly from the drinker's perspective, Arran has found its stride. It now proudly produces one of the most diverse and solid, all natural, core ranges of any independent distillery in Scotland. I've been a fan or Arran for a long time and have invited James MacTaggart behind the bar of the vPub to mark what's a remarkable quarter century of distilling on the island. His frank and candid insight after 45 years in whisky is sure to be a delight. I look forward to welcoming you there!
