I totally disagree with the name of this recipe... spinach is cooked this way all over Andalusia!! But the recipe is in a guided cooking program, and it should be easy to find. What I do agree with is that they come out delicious and that, if you have any leftovers, you can freeze them and once defrosted, they're perfect too.
