🔥🔥🔥 FUERTE MOSE, Antiguos ESCALVOS defendiendo Florida y su libertad.🔥🔥🔥

Some escaped slaves from British colonies joined the Spanish army in St. Augustine, Florida, and 100 of them formed Fort Mose, commanded by Captain Francisco Menendez, a Mandingo man and former British slave. At Fort Mose, the first free Black settler community in the United States was established, 125 years before Abraham Lincoln issued the proclamation of emancipation. When Spain lost Florida, all the settlers, soldiers, and family members fled to Cuba to maintain their freedom, many of them returning to reconquer Florida for Spain. This is its magnificent history. 🔴🔴 Welcome to CHRONICLES of HISTORY.
