The BEST Lemon Cake Recipe | Moist Soft and EASY Recipe
Lemon Cake 🍋🍰 Ingredients : Cake Batter -200g all-purpose flour -200g sugar (1 cup) -1 tsp lemon zest 🍋 -1 tsp baking powder -2 eggs -30ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) -1 whole stick of butter, melted 🧈 -2 tbsp lemon juice -100ml milk -1 tsp vanilla extract Lemon Filling: -Juice of 2 lemons 🍋 -100g sugar -½ stick butter -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 eggs (whisked) Glaze: -3 tbsp powdered sugar -2–3 tbsp milk Instructions: 1. Prepare the Cake Batter In a bowl, sift the flour to remove any clumps. Add: -Sugar -Lemon zest -Baking powder Mix everything together. 2. Add the Wet Ingredients Add: -Eggs -Vegetable oil -Melted butter -Lemon juice -Milk Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth batter. 3. Bake the Cake Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes. Lemon Filling 4. Make the Lemon Filling In a saucepan, add: -Juice from 2 lemons -Sugar Cook over medium heat. Add: -Butter -Vanilla extract Slowly add the whisked eggs while stirring continuously. Cook over medium to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring until the mixture thickens. Once thickened, strain the filling to remove any clumps. 5. Prepare the Cake Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. Using a straw or skewer, poke holes throughout the cake. Pour the lemon filling over the cake, spreading it evenly so it can soak into the cake. Glaze 6. Make the Glaze In a bowl, mix: -Powdered sugar -Milk Stir until smooth and pourable. Transfer the glaze to a piping bag or plastic bag and drizzle it over the cake however you like. 7. Serve Allow the cake to cool completely, slice, and enjoy! 😋🍋🍰 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pastel de limón 🍋🍰 Ingredientes: Masa del pastel -200 g de harina de trigo (todo uso) -200 g de azúcar (1 taza) -1 cdta. de ralladura de limón 🍋 -1 cdta. de polvo para hornear -2 huevos -30 ml de aceite vegetal (2 cdas.) -1 barra entera de mantequilla, derretida 🧈 -2 cdas. de jugo de limón -100 ml de leche -1 cdta. de extracto de vainilla Relleno de limón: -Jugo de 2 limones 🍋 -100 g de azúcar -½ barra de mantequilla -1 cdta. de extracto de vainilla -2 huevos (batidos) Glaseado: -3 cdas. de azúcar glass (azúcar impalpable) -2–3 cdas. de leche Instrucciones: 1. Preparar la masa del pastel En un tazón, tamiza la harina para eliminar los grumos. Agrega: -Azúcar -Ralladura de limón -Polvo para hornear Mezcla todo bien. 2. Agregar los ingredientes líquidos Agrega: -Huevos -Aceite vegetal -Mantequilla derretida -Jugo de limón -Leche Con una batidora eléctrica, bate hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Agrega el extracto de vainilla y continúa mezclando hasta obtener una masa suave. 3. Hornear el pastel Vierte la masa en un molde previamente engrasado. Extiéndela de manera uniforme. Hornea a 350 °F (180 °C) durante 30–35 minutos. Relleno de limón 4. Preparar el relleno de limón En una cacerola, agrega: -Jugo de 2 limones -Azúcar Cocina a fuego medio. Agrega: -Mantequilla -Extracto de vainilla Incorpora lentamente los huevos batidos sin dejar de remover. Cocina a fuego medio o medio-alto durante unos 10 minutos, revolviendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla espese. Una vez espesa, cuela el relleno para eliminar cualquier grumo. 5. Preparar el pastel Retira el pastel del horno y déjalo enfriar durante unos 10 minutos. Con un popote (pajita) o una brocheta, haz agujeros por toda la superficie del pastel. Vierte el relleno de limón sobre el pastel y extiéndelo uniformemente para que penetre en la masa. Glaseado 6. Preparar el glaseado En un recipiente, mezcla: -Azúcar glas -Leche Remueve hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y fluida. Pasa el glaseado a una manga pastelera o a una bolsa de plástico y rocíalo sobre el pastel a tu gusto. 7. Servir Deja que el pastel se enfríe por completo, córtalo en porciones y ¡disfrútalo! 😋🍋🍰
