ENGLISH description further down. Ich habe mir eine neue Schmiedepresse angeschafft. Daten: Hersteller: Titangrinder.com (San Marino) Druck: 30 Tonnen Geschwindigkeit: 25mm/sek Spannung: 230 Volt Gewicht: 200 kg Höhe: 195 cm (modifiziert 185 cm) Lieferzeit: 4 Tage In diesem Video packe ich die Presse aus, modifiziere sie, baue sie wieder zusammen und probiere sie aus. Die Presse ist für einen stationären Einsatz ausgelegt. Nachdem ich aber so wenig Platz in meiner Werkstatt habe, benötige ich bewegliche Werkzeuge. Daher habe ich die metallenen Steher etwas gekürzt und Rollen montiert. Das hat die Höhe der Presse um ca 10 cm verringert und ich kann sie jetzt dorthin stellen wo ich sie brauche. Für Aufbau und Modifikation habe ich alleine etwa ½ Tag gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit Simone von Titangrinder.com war sehr schnell, geduldig und wirklich gut! The press was designed for a stationary use. However, my working area is so small that I need mobile devices. So I shortened the tubes and attached a base with 4 big wheels to add mobility. It also reduced the height of the press to 185 cm. Assembly and modification took half a day (alone). The communication with Titangrinder.com was really good, professional and patient.
