This cake is simply wonderful. The apple with the walnuts, the cinnamon, everything in the cake makes it marvelous. Great for an afternoon coffee, an evening snack, a daytime snack – it's good all day long! haha Ingredients: 3 cups of all-purpose flour 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of oil 3 or 4 eggs 4 apples, diced with peel 1 cup of chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder Sugar and cinnamon (for sprinkling)
