Día de Empanadas Caseras 🥟 Recetas, Picada y Tradiciones en Familia 🍷🐶 Platos Típicos Argentinos 🇦🇷

Welcome to another video! Today we are going to prepare 4 varieties of empanadas. If you have been following this channel for a while, you already know that my father and I usually shoot videos preparing Argentine roasts, but since it has been raining here in Canada and the weather was not very nice, we decided to prepare some typical Argentine dishes. Today we are going to try an Argentine picada, 4 types of empanadas, and the famous fernet with coca. The 4 empanadas that we prepared were: 1) Chicken empanadas 2) Empanadas with meat and spices 3) Seafood patties 4) Guava and cheese empanadas These empanadas are inspired by a mixture of Argentine, Peruvian, and Chilean recipes. We made the empanadas in the oven and they came out very well. But before starting to make the empanadas, we prepared a nice picada with 4 types of salamis (gypsy salami, salami with Italian wine, salami with pepper, and salama calabrese), 3 types of cheeses (brie cheese, cheddar cheese and marinated cheese in merlot wine), olives (green with almonds and black), homemade bread with bacon, and artichokes. We also finally got fernet (something that we have been looking for a long time), so in this video we tried a bit of fernet with coca as it is in Córdoba. And apart from that, we also tasted an Argentinian wine and a Chilean wine.
