At the locro we will be cooking it in the cast iron pot to try to replicate as much as possible the way it was cooked in 1810. We will also be preparing some delicious corn patties with cheese, and for dessert we could not miss the typical mazamorra it was a colonial-era meal. All this accompanied by a couple of good Argentine wines.
