Todays Recipes: Banana Choc Chip Bread: 2 eggs 100g melted butter (or oil) 2 bananas- mashed 1 400g cake mix (vanilla, butter or banana flavoured) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp mixed spice 1 tsp nutmeg 1 cup choc chips Hummus: 1 tin chickpeas- drained 1 Tbs tahini ( or 1 tsp sesame seed + 1 tsp sesame oil) 2 garlic cloves Juice of 1 whole lemon 2 Tbs olive oil Pinch of salt Paprika- optional. Chicken: 2 chicken breast 1 Tbs French onion soup mix (or onion powder) 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp tumeric 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cumin Dried parsley 1-2 tsp olive oil I also made up 3 carrots into carrot sticks 1/2 cabbage + 1-2 carrots for coleslaw mix 2 med onions 1 capsicum
