First Gear to Fifth Gear in One Shot Part Two
We are making five gears in one set up, as we catch up on a long time project here in the shop. This is not the first time we have cut this same gear over the years and this time we will have four extra gears made for when the next customer comes to needing one. Part Two, We have to adjust some runout in the set up we have in the K&T, then set up the cutter and indexing to cut the gear teeth, finishing up with the first cut. ;{)-------
