Imputing Income to the Custodial Parent or the Parent Receiving Child Support

This video discusses the Court’s ability to impute income to the custodial parent or the parent receiving support. Unless otherwise stated, all references to statute are references to the Family Code. Jessica Ryan Keeney is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
