Dough 8 cups Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp Erythritol ( If you cant get your hands on this, you can skip it. And no, we don’t like NO stevia ) 1 tbsp Low sodium salt 1 tbsp Baking powder 4 Eggs 500gr of unsalted butter (No margarineeeee because that cause your dough to break) 75 to 125 ml of skimmed mik ( Don't have a measuring cup? Just eyeball it. It should be a small amount. If you don't like milk you can use the same amount water.) 2. Filling 1 large onion 4 small potatoes 2 cups mixed vegetables ( carrots, peas, etc. You can freestyle here) 4 Tbsp sunflower ( or vegetable oil) 500gr ground lean beef 300gr ground chicken ½ tbsp low sodium salt 1 tbsp Cameroon ( cayenne ) pepper 1 tbsp curry 1 tsp dried thyme ( I realised I didn't film this part, but added this to the onions) 3 knorr chicken cubes
