Io lo adoro! Oggi cuciniamo insieme questo antichissimo dolce.... un po' l'antenato del budino, è il più tipico e tradizionale dolce piemontese, precisamente delle Langhe. È un dessert dal gusto speciale grazie agli amaretti. Il bunet è piemontese e non francese e quindi si pronuncia esattamente come di scrive. Bunet!
