BEACHFRONT Fire Station in the OUTER BANKS

On this episode of Station Cribs we travel to Corolla, NC to Corolla Fire and Rescue to take a tour inside! This beachfront station is just two blocks off of the Outer Banks beach. Corolla is an awesome town that is on the northern part of the Outer Banks and boasts massive vacation houses. Corolla runs the mutual aid for Carova which has no paved roads, they are all sand, and the town is only accessible by the beach. Corolla has a bunch of 4x4 fire engines and two 4x4 ambulances. We got to take some of their vehicles on the beach and see how they handle the sandy terrain. This beautiful station does a great job covering the Corolla area and makes sure that it's residents are very well protected. We want to thank them for having us out!
