This Costa Rica trip was one of the most incredible and healing experiences of my life! In January 2023 I went to the most wonderful yoga retreat at Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica and could not recommend it enough. It is gorgeous - everything you need to calm your body and mind and come back to yourself.
