Girls Day: We Tried Pottery Painting for the First Time

We picked out the weirdest little vase with legs and feet, named him Thanos, and somehow ended up with pieces we're genuinely obsessed with — welcome to our pottery painting girls day. Izzy surprised me with the cutest outing: painting already-made pottery pieces at a studio. No throwing clay, no getting our hands dirty — just picking a piece off the wall, grabbing some brushes, and getting creative. It was both our first times doing the painting side, and honestly? It was so much more fun than I expected. In this video we browse all the pieces (mugs, vases, bowls — some with legs??), get inspired on Pinterest mid-session, debate the perfect names for our creations, and try our best to paint straight lines (we failed, but that's the beauty of it). My little monster turned out gray with a little underbite and I am so proud of him.
