We Got 7 Piglets. One Escaped!

This week we expand our homestead with the addition of 7 beautiful kune kune piglets. And almost immediately (while unloading them) one escaped! Luckily we were able to track her down and return her to the group good as new after a night in the forest. It's been a dream of ours to get more animals onto the land, and these guys have had an immediate impact ; ) Right now, they are living with the hens in the same area and are settling in nicely. Dana, Max and Willa are loving feeding them, and its changed the entire feeling and dynamic of the land. Big hugs, Dana & Lou
