275 Addiscombe Road, Croydon - Develop it, don't Demolish it!

I have known about planning activity on this wonderful looking house for some years now. Croydon Council have not given full approval yet but have agreed it can be demolished, which is devastating. We really should be looking to retain such buildings with this sort of character. There are precedents everywhere - even where substantial additions have been made, the original is retained and can be enjoyed. This video will serve to preserve it, document it, in a certain form at least, but I would much prefer its actual form was preserved.
