It's easy to make with common ingredients and will warm you up. Please give it a try at home. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 3-4) ・2 eggs ・1/3 green onion ・1 garlic clove ・5g ginger ・600ml water / 2 tablespoons ・2 teaspoons potato starch ・Sesame oil, to taste ・Black pepper, to taste ・1 teaspoon soy sauce ・1 tablespoon mirin ・1 tablespoon sake ・1/3 teaspoon sugar ・Chicken stock powder 1 tablespoon ■ Directions 1. Finely chop the green onions, ginger, and garlic. 2. Beat the eggs. 3. Mix the potato starch and 2 tablespoons of water. 4. Add sesame oil to a pot and stir-fry the ginger and garlic. 5. Once fragrant, add the green onions and continue stir-frying. 6. Add the water, mirin, sake, sugar, and chicken stock powder and bring to a boil. 7. Turn off the heat, add the water-dissolved potato starch, mix well, and return to a boil. 8. Create a swirl in the soup and pour in half of the egg mixture. Once solidified, mix and repeat. 9.
