OVERLANDING PHANTOM CANYON ROAD (Cripple Creek Colorado To Canon City)

In this video, we are Overlanding Phantom Canyon Road. This road will take you from Cripple Creek Colorado to Canon City. RVing near Canon City allows us to do some colorado scenic drives. While boondocking in our travel trailer near Penrose Colorado we use the OnX Offroad App to scout out some local trails. We decide to take Shelf road from Canon City, up to Cripple Creek Colorado. After exploring the old mining town of Cripple Creek, we take the historic scenic drive on Phantom Canyon Road back to Canon City. These roads are easily doable in a stock 4x4, but they are extremely scenic and a little nerve-racking at times. We take our Overland Ram, and a few friends join with a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and a stock Jeep Liberty. Thanks for watching.
