With the study set up and the data clean, Part 2 builds both strands. On the quantitative side we test whether the confidence gap between the two clinics is real and look at who actually improved. On the qualitative side we read what patients wrote in their own words and code it into themes. Two kinds of evidence, each done with care, ready to bring together.
