Addressing a rally in Nsama, Mundubile said the message is clear: “when we form government next month, we are not just changing the leadership, we are changing the culture of how government works.” “For too long our institutions have been held back,” he said. “Our administration will depoliticize the civil service and build a professional, efficient, and merit-based public service that delivers for all Zambians.” Mundubile said young people are central to his vision. “We will unlock your potential by creating opportunities for meaningful employment and empower you to start and grow your own businesses through skills development, improved access to finance, and entrepreneurship support.” “Our goal is to build a government that serves every Zambian and an economy that creates genuine opportunities and improves the quality of life for all,” he added.
