#31 - Loaded Movement

Single Kettlebell | Beginner | Movement Familiarity This one isn't about intensity — it's about getting comfortable moving with a bell in your hands. Before you chase heavy or fast, it helps to simply move well under a light load: hinge, squat, reach overhead, get up and down off the floor, and walk while staying organized. That's what this session is for. Each movement teaches a foundational position and how to keep control as the bell travels. The deadlift and hike introduce the hinge and how to get the bell moving. The halo takes it around your body. The heartbeat squat and surrender teach you to move to and from the floor without losing your structure. And the march finishes with the simplest, most useful skill there is — walking while staying braced and tall. Workout (rest as needed): 1.Deadlift → Hike × 5 2.Goblet Halo × 3 each direction 3.Heartbeat Squat × 5 4.Goblet Surrender × 5 5.Goblet March × 10 steps Keep the weight light and the focus on control. The goal here isn't to be tired — it's to feel at home moving with a bell, so everything that comes later has something solid to build on. #kettlebelltraining #strengthtraining #kettlebellworkout #beginnerworkout #kettlebellforbeginners #movementtraining #gobletsquat #functionaltraining #foundationaltraining #strengthcoach #movementpractice #strengthandconditioning
