Each exercise involves 45 seconds of work followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adjust the intensity to match your fitness level. Let’s get ready to push our limits and feel the burn! Workout Breakdown: Warm-Up (3 minutes) 1. Squat 2. Goblet Squat 3. Sumo Squat 4. Romanian Deadlift 5. Glute Bridge 6. Split Squat - R 7. Split Squat - L 8. Reverse Lunge 9. Curtsy Lunge 10. Calf Raise Cool-Down (2-5 minutes) Upper body stretches Workout Structure: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
