Heck Yeah! Today we're rolling out of Maupin, Oregon and heading north on Highway 197 — one of Oregon's most underrated backroad drives! Along the way we're stopping for some incredible scenic views of rolling farmland stretching for miles, with TWO snow-capped volcanoes on the horizon — Mount Hood AND Mount Adams. You can't beat that!Then we cruise into the historic downtown of The Dalles, Oregon — one of the oldest towns in the West! We'll check out the old buildings and the historic business district that's been standing since the Oregon Trail days.But we're not done yet! We cross the bridge at The Dalles Dam over to the Washington side, stop at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the mighty Columbia River, and read the storyboards that tell the history of this incredible area.
