ICU RN INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Hey guys welcome back and thank you for being here. In this video you’ll listen to my experience of my ICU interview as a new grad out of school. I have no previous experience in nothing that has to do with healthcare so I had no idea what to expect for my interview. It well pretty well overall and I got the job of course. The only thing was that I was applying to start in a residency program which has 6 weeks of didactic learning followed by 6 weeks of preceptorship on my floor. I just started my preceptorship and I am very happy with the choice I made to start in a residency program.
