My CVICU New Grad RN Journey | 45 DAY UPDATE | THINGS TO EXPECT | IS IT FOR YOU?!

Are you currently in nursing school and considering working in critical care? Have you been working in another unit but want to start working in the critical care specialty? Then this video might be just for you! I've received so many questions about how I got started in the CVICU as a new grad RN and wanted to share my journey. From things I did while in nursing school, to how things are going after about 45 days on the job I am sharing it all! BEWARE: this unit is not at all easy and like anywhere you go, some days will be better than others. That said, it is so worth if it aligns with your passions and goals!
