2012 KCSE Top Performers

Yet another potential scholar has penned his name into the country's academic history books. Job Nalianya from Saint Peters Seminary in Kakamega County was Kenya's top student in the 2011 KCSE examination. According to the results released by Education Minster Professor Sam Ongeri, boys took seven out of the top ten positions. The top girl, Lonyangapuo Chelagat was ranked 4th nationally. This, even as Maranda High School grabbed the bragging rights this year, by becoming the top school in the country. Willis Raburu reports
