Given the recurring negative headlines about Basque separatist groups, it's often forgotten that the people of the Basque Country also have a keen appreciation for the finer things in life, such as traditional Basque cuisine. Ignacio Arrizabalaga, a member of a cooking society, cooks the Basque fish specialty kokotxas. "Zu Tisch in..."
