BIG AGATE FEVER! Rockhounding the Yellowstone by Boat

Kate and Jim hit the jackpot during this rockhounding trip up the Yellowstone River by boat. The beaches are filled with beautiful rocks, and Kate finds some stunning, GIGANTIC agates, even though they are covered with a light coating of silt! It's an amazing day on the Yellowstone - besides the big agates, there are abundant finds of agatized wood, colorful jasper, stromatalites and all kinds of different rocky treasures.
