His constant musical curiosity led him to explore genres such as jazz, Argentine folklore, tango, flamenco, and rock. As a composer, he synthesizes these musical languages, resulting in his unique compositional style. He has performed at major festivals such as the "Guitars of the World" International Festival, the "Jazz a la Calle" Festival in Mercedes, Uruguay, Buenos Aires Jazz 2016, Mar del Plata Jazz, the Jazz Room Series (Buenos Aires), the 22nd Provincial Guitar Salon (Roma Theater in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires), the "Mono Nuñez" International Festival (Cali, Colombia), and the Llangollen Eisteddfod Festival (Wales, UK), among others. He has also toured throughout Argentina and Europe, showcasing his music. He studied at prestigious schools such as the "Taller de Músics de Barcelona" and the E.M.P.A. (Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda). His teachers include Lito Epumer, Lilián Saba, Roberto Calvo, Osvaldo Burucuá, and Juan Farías Gómez. He founded projects such as "Demián Ornstein Trio" with Martín Wainer and Edgardo López and the duo "Confluencia" with percussionist Nicolás Croci with whom he recorded the CDs "De Ida y Vuelta" (2012) and "En los Márgenes de todo" (2018) both with his own compositions. In 2021, he released his first solo guitar album, "Lihué." As a teacher, he is actively involved in the Popular Music School of Avellaneda (EMPA) is dedicated to teaching Argentine folk music, composition, and improvisation. In 2019, she won an international "Ibermúsicas" grant to conduct a workshop on "folklore and the language of jazz" in Quito, Ecuador. In 2021, she won the "Virtual Partner" grant from the Goethe Institute in Germany to undertake a remote composition project with musicians Jarry Singla (Germany) and Sanjeev Chimalgi (India). Also in 2021, she won the "Formadores" grant from the National Arts Fund to teach her course "The Language of Jazz in Folklore" in Tucumán, Argentina. She has led workshops on Harmony, Improvisation, Argentine Music, and Composition at various public and private institutions in both Argentina and Colombia.
